a) Portfolio extension: COOL-FIT 4.0 d160-d450 in SDR11
COOL-FIT 4.0 range is extended with SDR11 pipes for d160-d450 and SDR11 fittings for d250-d450 as well as the necessary tools to strip and peel the new pipes.
• Complete pre-insulated piping system from d32 up to d450 in SDR11, for applications with higher operating pressures like long risers and marine applications
• Fast installation with pre-insulated couplers with access to the welding indicators (for insulating the welding contact and
indicators of couplers d250-d450, an insulating profile on roll of 2.5m available)
• For lower pressure requirements, the standard range d160-d450 in SDR17 is still available (pipes, fittings, tools & accessories)
b) Portfolio extension: COOL-FIT 2.0 Barrel nipple with insulation
COOL-FIT 2.0 range is extended with a pre-insulated barrel nipple.
c) Portfolio replacement: COOL-FIT 4.0 Heat Tracing controller
The existing controller for the COOL-FIT 4.0 heat tracing has been replaced with a new version. The new controller is enabling an easy, flexible and energy
efficient freeze protection of COOL-FIT 4.0 piping systems.
Benefits of the new controller:

Fast mask production start at SENFA to fight COVID-19
To fight COVID-19 the textile coating company SENFA set up additional machinery to produce face masks that are rapidly needed in this COVID19 pandemic. Thanks to COOL-FIT 2.0 and COOL-FIT 4.0 for the needed cooling system the production, could start after a fast installation.
