The complete plastic solution results in a corrosion-free, lower maintenance system. The full plastic Diaphragm Valve Type 519 only has one central housing unit.
• Cleanroom class 5
The Diaphragm Valve Type 519 is produced in a cleanroom class 5 (100) to suit the high demands of microelectronics production requirements.
